1. Introduction

NaijaPass, an initiative of BrandForge Ltd., aims to provide seamless assistance for passport applications and other related services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are managed.

2. Payment to NIS

All payments for passport applications made through NaijaPass are paid directly to the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS). As such, the return and refund policy of the NIS will suffice for our users who are paying for passport applications. NaijaPass does not have control over these payments and thus cannot offer any returns or refunds for these transactions.

3. Administrative Fee

NaijaPass charges an additional administrative fee of NGN 5000 for the facilitation of services, covering NIS payment charges and operational office costs. This administrative fee is non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

4. Other Services

In the future, NaijaPass may offer additional services, such as visa applications. For these services, the return and refund policy of the respective issuing agency or authority will apply. NaijaPass will not offer any returns or refunds independently of these policies.

5. How to Request a Refund

Passport Applications

For refunds related to passport applications, users should directly contact the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) as per their return and refund policy.

Other Services

For refunds related to other services provided by NaijaPass, users should refer to the respective agency’s return and refund policy.
